1. Replace light bulbs An average household dedicates 5% to 10% of its energy budget to lighting. Another benefit is it puts out more light while using less power and less heat.
2. Recycle Proper recycling does a great deal to help save natural resources needed to make future products. For instance recycling 1 ton of paper can save 17 full grown trees and 3000-4000 Kwh among other things. Also try recycling, food scraps, and electronics that could get thrown away. Composting will help reduce the amount of food waste in your garbage and create nutrient-rich fertilizer for your garden.
3. Standby Another way to save energy is by using appliances and electrical equipment when ever needed only. For instance make your PC go on standby when not working another is using an A/C only when needed and trying to use a fan other times.
4. Plant a tree Plant one tree at a time. Trees absorb CO2 in the air, producing oxygen as a by-product. As they age, they absorb even more. A single tree provides enough oxygen for 2 people for their entire lives. So, plant a tree and help save the planet in the process.

The new battlestar gallactica movie will be out in November 2009. With the release of the 3rd trailer of “Transformers: Revenge of the fallen” moviegoers get a more detailed look inside the story line. And by far this has been the best trailer yet. Moviegoers also feel a certain amount of tension when they see Mudflap getting almost sucked into what appears to be Devastator’s vortex grinder and the outcome. As you can remember in the 2007 movies Optimus had a tough time battling Megatron and in this movie Megatron is stronger due to the absorption of fragments from the allapsrk. Rounding things up it is one movie you can not miss.

The network of the US department of defense was hacked and a few terabytes of data were stolen. The files regarding the new 5th generation multi strike aircraft F-35 Lightning II were hacked according to the department of defense. The US believes it was the done by hackers in China according to the IPs which were tracked. This situation is in the awake of recent hackings in to the US power grid, water utilities, and the financial industry. Makes one think of the possibility of a fire sale concept used I the 2007 movie Die Hard 4. but on a positive note hackers failed to obtain information regarding the F-35’s sensors, system controls and stealth technology because the information regarding these systems were on a non networked system.
